Beet, berry and coconut popsicles

Ingredients

¼ package (99g) of Champêtre cubed red beets
125 ml (½ cup) of fresh strawberries and raspberries
85 ml (⅓ cup) of fresh blueberries
125 ml (½ cup) of coconut water (sparkling or not)
65 ml (¼ cup) of coconut yogurt
Honey (optional, for a sweeter taste)

Steps

  1. Wash the fresh fruits.
  2. Add all the ingredients to the blender and grind.
  3. Adjust texture to taste by adding more liquid or fruits.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds.
  5. Ideally freeze overnight, then serve.
