Beet, berry and coconut popsicles

Ingredients
¼ package (99g) of Champêtre cubed red beets
125 ml (½ cup) of fresh strawberries and raspberries
85 ml (⅓ cup) of fresh blueberries
125 ml (½ cup) of coconut water (sparkling or not)
65 ml (¼ cup) of coconut yogurt
Honey (optional, for a sweeter taste)
Steps
- Wash the fresh fruits.
- Add all the ingredients to the blender and grind.
- Adjust texture to taste by adding more liquid or fruits.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds.
- Ideally freeze overnight, then serve.
