Ingredients
2 packages (2 x 368g) of Champêtre Parisian potatoes
45 ml (3 tbsp.) of olive oil
3 ml (½ tsp) of salt
30 ml (2 tbsp.) of mayonnaise
2-3 dashes of hot sauce (optional)
5 ml (1 tsp.) of sweet paprika
1 ml (¼ tsp) of smoked paprika
1 ml (¼ tsp) of salt
½ ml (⅛ tsp) of garlic powder
30-45 ml (2-3 tbsp) of water
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the potatoes into 4.
- In a bowl, place the potatoes and drizzle with olive oil and salt. Mix until well coated.
- Place them in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake 30 to 45 min., or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, hot sauce, paprika, smoked paprika, salt and garlic powder. Add water and whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Pour sauce over hot potatoes just before serving.
