Beet Energy Alarm Clock

250 ml (1 cup) of orange juice
250 ml (1 cup) of frozen strawberries
175 ml (3/4 cup) of Champêtre cubed red beets
125 ml (1/2 cup) of plain Greek yogurt


  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
  2. To taste, add a few ice cubes.

Variation: add 1.25ml (1/4 teaspoon) grated fresh ginger for a slightly spicy touch.
